Additional Policies and FAQs
The WordPress themes are only for the self hosted WordPress blogs and not for wordpress.com. Themes only work for wordpress.org and your self hosting. If you have an account with wordpress.com, these themes will not work since they don’t allow uploading of custom themes. Our sales pages all state this and wordpress.com also makes it clear in their polices.

All our themes and the code are copyrighted by Theme Fashion. You are not allowed to remove the copyright text in the footer of each theme. You cannot claim the theme as your own work. You are prohibited to share the theme or the source code with another person. You are prohibited to resell the theme or use any of the source code on another theme.
By purchasing our themes, you agree to our terms and policies. we reserve the right to request removal of the theme should the user has violated our terms in any way.
BACKUP
Please backup your content before installing our theme. We are not responsible for any kind of deletion/removal of your content after installing the theme.
POST – INSTALLATION CHANGES
Please do not modify our themes once they have been installed. you may alter and change the menus, header and sidebar, but please do not make HTML or CSS modifications as it compromises our custom design specific for that theme. We cannot guarantee the continued proper operation of any theme that has had its files edited after purchase.
You are prohibited to remove our credit link at the bottom of the page. If we find our credit link removed, it is in direct violation of our copyright.
